These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 9gt governing your use of the platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, betting, casino games, bonuses, and all related services available at 9gt.club.
Important — Please Read Carefully. By accessing or using any part of the 9gt platform, including the website at 9gt.club, any mobile application, or any associated service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately. These Terms apply to all registered users and visitors of 9gt.
Account Holders Only
All betting and casino activity on 9gt requires a registered and verified account. One account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of balances.
BDT Transactions
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum deposit is ৳100 via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Withdrawal requests are processed in BDT to the same method used for deposit.
Fair Play Guaranteed
All casino games offered on 9gt use certified random number generators (RNGs) sourced from licensed providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are not manipulated by 9gt.
24/7 Platform Access

Definitions
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context requires, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Acceptance of Terms
By completing the registration process on the 9gt platform, by making a deposit, by placing a bet, or by accessing any part of the platform that requires a registered account, you are deemed to have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in full. This acceptance creates a legally binding agreement between you and 9gt.
Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. 9gt will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players of material changes via the email address registered to their account or via an in-platform notification, but the obligation to stay informed remains with the Player.
If you are acting on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms. However, 9gt does not permit shared or proxy accounts — each account must be used solely by the individual in whose name it is registered.
Electronic Acceptance. Your acceptance of these Terms is given electronically through your conduct on the platform. No physical signature is required. Electronic acceptance carries the same legal weight as a written signature for the purposes of this agreement.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
To register and use the 9gt platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 9gt strictly enforces this requirement and will request documentary proof of age at any point during the lifecycle of your account.
- Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who are legally prohibited from entering into contracts are not permitted to register.
- Residency and Jurisdiction: You must access the platform from a location where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under the laws applicable to you. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
- No Prior Exclusion: You must not have previously been excluded or banned from the 9gt platform, nor self-excluded via any responsible gaming tool, during any active exclusion period.
- Single Account: You must not hold or have held any other registered account on the 9gt platform. Only one account per individual is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance may be forfeited.
- Own Name and Funds: You must register and play using your own identity and your own funds. Registration using a fictitious name, a third party's identity, or funds belonging to a third party is strictly prohibited.
9gt reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a national identity card, passport, or proof of address — at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
18+ Strictly Enforced. 9gt operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling. Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits made will be returned to the source payment method where possible.
Parental Controls. 9gt strongly encourages parents and guardians to install device-level parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms. If you suspect a minor is using 9gt, contact [email protected] immediately.
Account Registration
To access the full range of 9gt services, you must register a personal account on the platform. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your account.
9gt reserves the right to verify the information provided at registration at any time. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, with potential forfeiture of any account balance where fraud or misrepresentation is established.
Account security is the responsibility of the Player. You must keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 9gt immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
- One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on 9gt. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts.
- Account Verification (KYC). 9gt may require Players to complete a KYC verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time. Verification documents may include a national ID card, birth certificate, passport, or recent utility bill showing your Bangladeshi residential address.
- Account Currency. All 9gt accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to indicate BDT amounts. No multi-currency option is currently available.
- Account Closure by Player. You may request permanent closure of your 9gt account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC checks. Bonus funds are non-withdrawable on account closure unless wagering requirements have already been met in full.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits. 9gt accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected Bangladesh bank transfers including BRAC Bank and City Bank. The minimum deposit via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳100. The minimum deposit via Visa or Mastercard is ৳500. The minimum deposit via bank transfer is ৳1,000. 9gt does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Deposits are credited to your 9gt account balance within thirty to sixty seconds for mobile financial service transactions and within one to five minutes for card transactions. Bank transfer deposits may take fifteen to thirty minutes depending on the issuing bank's processing times. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within a reasonable timeframe, contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number.
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts — including shared bKash or Nagad accounts — are not permitted and may result in the suspension of your account pending investigation.
Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed by 9gt to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. 9gt does not permit withdrawals to a different payment method than the one used to fund the account without prior written approval from the 9gt support team, which will require additional identity verification.
The minimum withdrawal amount via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal via Visa or Mastercard is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the 9gt finance team during operational hours. Standard bKash and Nagad withdrawals are processed within minutes to a few hours; Visa and Mastercard withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the issuing bank.
9gt reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be held pending verification where 9gt has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In cases where fraud is confirmed, 9gt reserves the right to withhold withdrawal amounts and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
Wagering Requirement Note. Any active bonus funds attached to your account must have their wagering requirements met in full before a withdrawal of the associated bonus amount or any winnings derived from bonus play can be processed. Real-money balance (non-bonus funds) may be withdrawn at any time subject to the standard withdrawal terms above.
Bonus & Promotional Terms
9gt offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered Players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will take precedence for that promotion only.
- Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from bonus play can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in its specific terms.
- Eligible Games. Not all games on the 9gt platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or may not contribute at all. Contribution rates are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
- Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and free bets expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the timeframe stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically and cannot be reinstated.
- One Bonus at a Time. Players may hold only one active bonus promotion at a time unless a specific promotion explicitly permits stacking. Players are responsible for reading the terms of each promotion before opting in.
- Bonus Abuse. 9gt monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, placing low-risk bets designed to systematically clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, and coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional offers. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have bonus funds removed, winnings voided, and accounts suspended.
- 9gt's Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions. 9gt reserves the right to amend the terms of any active promotion, withdraw a promotion early, or decline to offer a promotion to any Player where 9gt has reasonable grounds to do so. Players will be notified of material changes to ongoing promotions via their registered email address.
Betting & Casino Rules
All bets and wagers placed on the 9gt platform are subject to the rules of the individual sport, game, or market as defined by the relevant game provider or 9gt's sportsbook rules. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing a wager. Ignorance of game or market rules does not constitute grounds for voiding a settled bet.
- Bet Placement. A bet is considered confirmed and binding once a Player receives a bet confirmation reference number. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player after confirmation, except where a cash-out or partial cash-out facility is available for that specific market and the Player exercises it before settlement.
- Bet Settlement. Sporting event bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for BPL). In the event of a result dispute, 9gt will await the official ruling from the governing body before settling the relevant market.
- Void Bets. 9gt reserves the right to void a bet where the bet was placed after the outcome of an event was already known (late betting), where a manifest pricing error occurred, or where the match or event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being declared under the applicable competition rules.
- Maximum Winnings. 9gt applies maximum winnings limits per single bet and per account per day. These limits are stated in the specific sportsbook rules and may vary by sport and market type. Where a bet would generate winnings in excess of the applicable limit, the payout is capped at the maximum winnings amount.
- Casino Game Rules. All casino games on the 9gt platform are governed by the rules published by their respective providers. RTP percentages for all games are available from the provider's documentation. 9gt does not alter the RNG outcomes of any certified casino game.
- Live In-Play Betting. Live in-play betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes reflecting the real-time progress of the event. 9gt cannot guarantee that live odds will remain available for a sufficient period for a Player to place a desired bet. Bets placed at odds that have since moved will be settled at the odds confirmed at the time of the bet confirmation, not at any revised odds.
- Technical Failures. In the event of a platform technical failure that interrupts a game or bet mid-session, 9gt will use reasonable endeavours to honour the Player's position at the time of the failure. Where this is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned. 9gt's decision in such matters is final subject to the complaints process set out in Section 12.
Responsible Gaming Obligations
9gt is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all aspects of its platform. We recognise that gambling can become harmful and that certain individuals may be more vulnerable to developing problematic gambling behaviours. The following responsible gaming obligations apply to both 9gt as an operator and to Players using the platform.
Player Obligations. You agree to use the 9gt platform solely for personal entertainment, to gamble only with funds you can genuinely afford to lose, to set personal limits on your deposits and session times, and to seek help if you feel that your gambling behaviour is becoming harmful to yourself or others. Gambling should never be used as a means of generating income, repaying debts, or addressing financial difficulties.
Responsible Gaming Tools. The following tools are available in every 9gt account immediately after login, with no waiting period to activate a restriction:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss amount over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, betting is suspended until the limit period resets.
- Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
- Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing in your current session.
- Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the 9gt platform for periods ranging from six months to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, your account is locked and you will not receive any marketing communications from 9gt.
- Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from the platform for a defined period without permanently closing your account.

Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9gt platform. Violation of any of the following prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to the relevant authorities where required by law.
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment credentials, creating accounts under a false identity, or misrepresenting your age.
- Money Laundering: Using the 9gt platform for any form of money laundering, including depositing funds from illegal sources, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the platform to move funds between payment methods without genuine gambling intent.
- Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting promotional offers through low-risk or systematic betting strategies, or coordinating with other Players to abuse promotions.
- Match Fixing and Insider Betting: Placing bets based on insider knowledge of the outcome of a match, participating in or facilitating match fixing, or betting on any event in which you or a person known to you is a participant with influence over the outcome.
- Collusion: Cooperating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live casino, or other multiplayer game available on the platform.
- Software Exploitation: Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any software designed to exploit vulnerabilities in the 9gt platform, to place bets faster than humanly possible, or to interfere with the fair operation of any game.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback through your bank or payment provider in bad faith — i.e., after funds have been received and used for genuine betting activity. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and legal action where appropriate.
- Harassment and Abuse: Abusing, threatening, or harassing 9gt staff, other Players, or any third party in connection with your use of the platform, whether via support channels or any other communication medium.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 9gt's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall be limited to the total amount of deposits made by that Player to their 9gt account in the thirty-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9gt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, or any other intangible loss, even if 9gt has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
9gt does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability of the platform. Scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service failures, network outages, and force majeure events may result in temporary platform unavailability. 9gt will not be liable for any losses sustained by a Player as a result of platform unavailability, provided that 9gt has acted with reasonable diligence to restore service.
Player Responsibility. Players acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk. The outcome of all casino games and sporting events is uncertain. 9gt is not responsible for the gambling losses of any Player. Players are solely responsible for all betting decisions and for managing their gambling activity within their personal financial means.
Amendments & Termination
9gt reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the 9gt platform and, where the changes are material, registered Players will be notified via their registered email address. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of the Terms page. Continued use of the platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9gt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion where 9gt has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal conduct, posed a reputational or regulatory risk to the platform, or for any other legitimate business reason. In such cases, 9gt will provide notice to the Player's registered email address where practicable, except where doing so would compromise an ongoing fraud investigation.
Upon account termination by 9gt for cause, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where no fraud or breach is established following investigation, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account termination for cause in all circumstances.
A Player may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary account closure does not affect any pending bet settlements or withdrawal requests that were initiated before the closure request was received. These will be processed in the normal course and any resulting balance disbursed to the Player's registered withdrawal method.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of online gaming services in the jurisdiction from which 9gt operates. Players accessing the platform from Bangladesh do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with their local laws.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the 9gt platform — including bet settlement, payment processing, account decisions, or promotional disputes — you should raise it in the first instance by contacting the 9gt support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint, your account username, and all relevant transaction or bet reference numbers.
9gt will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours of receipt (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and aims to resolve all complaints within five to ten business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved within this timeframe, 9gt will provide an update on the expected resolution timeline and the reason for the delay.
9gt's decision on all bet settlement disputes, account decisions, and promotional disputes is final, subject only to any mandatory dispute resolution rights you may hold under applicable consumer protection legislation. 9gt does not engage in binding third-party arbitration as a standard term of this agreement, but may do so at its discretion where a dispute warrants external review.

All formal legal notices to 9gt should be sent in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Legal Notice". 9gt will acknowledge receipt of formal legal correspondence within five business days. Informal support requests submitted through the same channel will be handled by the standard support team and will not be treated as formal legal notices.
